The form on this page is how to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, either with a few questions about your group or with a written quote that sets out the route, the kilometres and the fees.
How to reach us
Send the form at the bottom of this page or of any trip page; they all arrive in the same place. The five fields in the main part are enough to begin: which trip or kind of trip, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are travelling. The optional section lets you add more.
We reply by email to the address you give. If you have not seen a reply, check your spam folder; replies to a new address sometimes land there.
What helps us reply with a quote
- Dates or a month, and how flexible they are. In the flood season a few days' shift can avoid a weekend at Tra Su or Tram Chim.
- Number of riders and walkers, and anyone who will stay in the vehicle.
- Heights, for bike sizing.
- Recent activity: how far and how often each person rides or walks.
- Heat tolerance: if 30 °C is hard for you, say so.
- Anything that limits the day: knees on descents, diet, a fear of narrow bridges or small boats.
Examples of useful first messages
- "Two of us, early December, two days. We ride 30–40 km most weekends. Heights 165 and 182 cm. Prefer a homestay."
- "Four friends, mid-October, three or four days. Want the flood season and the mountain climb. One of us will take the cable car up."
- "Couple, late January, four days. Interested in Ca Mau. We walk a lot but have not cycled in years."
What happens next
- We read your message and check the water, lunar and park calendars for your dates.
- If something is open, we reply with questions first, by email.
- We send a written quote: route, km per day, start times, rooms by name, fees and price per person.
- You change what you want; each version is priced again in full.
- You confirm in writing when it suits you.

Payment safety and your data
Payment details appear only on your written quote. If a message asks you to pay to an account not shown there, do not pay; send the form and ask us.
What the form collects and how it is used is set out in the privacy policy. Do not send card details by email.

Is there a phone number or office to visit?
Not on this site. Send the form and we reply by email.
Can I ask a question without booking?
Yes, if it relates to a trip you are planning. The cycling, flood season and grading pages answer the most common ones.
Can I send a route I have drawn myself?
Yes. Describe it in the notes field and we will say what works, what floods and what we would change.
